If you’ve ever read the books, joined the retreats, or downloaded the mindfulness apps, yet still found yourself slipping back into the same old patterns, you’re not alone.
So many people start their personal growth journey full of hope, only to feel the excitement fade a few weeks later. The retreat high wears off. The affirmations lose their spark. The old self-doubt and fears creep back in.
It can leave you wondering: “Is real change even possible for me?”.
The truth is, it absolutely is. But most personal growth approaches miss the one thing that truly makes transformation stick: rewiring your subconscious mind.
In this article, we’ll explore why traditional methods often fail, and how Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) can help you finally break free. You’ll also hear real stories of transformation, and discover why the upcoming Create Your Life: Live NLP Experience may be the breakthrough you’ve been waiting for.
You will never be more ready to achieve your dreams than right now, because your most important resource is time. It’s the only thing you cannot get back.
Get out of your comfort zone and believe in yourself as much as I do. All it takes is a decision and for you to take action right now.
Some people have been asking me to post some of my quotes in one place. Here you go:
“Think of all the things you want in life. All of your hopes, dreams and desires. They are the cost of not stepping out of your comfort zone and not taking action.”
“Transformation begins not by waiting for the right circumstances, but my making commitments that create the right circumstances, right now.”
“Ships have heavy anchors that keep them stuck in one place. You have an anchor, too… it’s your index finger. And as long as it is pointing at someone else, you’re stuck. Want to raise your anchor? Learn to be at Cause for everything in your own personal reality. Then you can sail anywhere.”
“The worst things in life are not those things that happen to you, but rather the things you never do. Excuse is the monster in Opportunity’s closet.”
Take some time to pamper yourself today. Do something decadent. Really spoil yourself.
You deserve it, no matter what.
Then allow that good feeling to ripple out and manifest greatness in your life.
Don’t ask the universe for “more,” “better,” or “greater,” because those comparisons focus on how much you have now.
If you really think about it, saying, “I’d like to make $50,000 more…” is like saying, “I’d like to make more than the $100,000 I make now.” By comparing, you have to focus on how much you’ve got now, thereby amplifying the attraction.
Why does that matter?
When you talk to potential clients, do you find that it’s an uphill battle to convince them that YOU can help them change their lives these days?
We still get a landslide of calls each month from people willing to pay me three to four times the amount that other practitioners and coaches charge in my area.
I don’t say this to impress you, but to impress upon you the fact that YOU can also have prospects practically hunting you down and begging you to take them as clients.
Just imagine your phone ringing off the hook. On the other end of the line are rabid prospects hunting down any morsel of change they can scavenge.
By the time you finish this article, you’ll know what steps to take to run your own successful practice...
If you think you have challenges, roadblocks or even limitations that hold you back, watch this video of Nick Vujicic and try in vain to feel as if ANY of those old perceptions are real.
Then take some action and make your life your own.

People are always surprised when I tell them I’m a hypnotist.
It starts with a twinkle in their eye, then a curiosity builds. Sometimes they put up their fingers in the sign of a cross and jokingly say, “Don’t look at me!”
But mostly, people wonder what the limits really are. Is it just for fun? Can it be used to hurt people? Isn’t it all just in your mind?
All good questions, but let’s look at the last...
As a Master Practitioner and Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, people are always looking to me for advice about how to live your life to the fullest, and to have, be, and do what you want in life.
I’m always happy to share my ideas and philosophies, and people are always thankful to receive them.
In the past, my message was one of hope, and desire.
Now, it has become one of necessity...
Are you motivated?
Do you know what kind of motivation you have?
Most people don’t think about it, but there are actually different kinds of motivation – two, to be exact: “Toward” motivations and “Away” motivations.
The common analogy is “the Carrot vs the Stick.” While that’s a well known analogy, most people don’t realize that it does describe an actual personality trait. Nor do they take the time to figure out which one motivates the people they interact with.
These motivation styles are an example of another NLP Meta Program called Motivation Direction Filter (refer to my previous post on NLP Meta Programs if you haven’t read it yet for other metaprograms).
