One of the biggest issues we have facing us in the modern world is that people have been conditioned to believe that health is not a personal responsibility.
Society blames health on our genetics, our upbringing, our environment, our government (or lack of government), for-profit corporations, our age... anything BUT the personal choices we have made and the personal choices we continue to make each and every day.
People have been conditioned to believe that health primarily comes in a bottle full of chemicals, reactively given to you only through the permission of a medical system that has assumed far more power than it can competently handle. THIS is primarily why we are in the position of health we are in today as a society...

The actress, now 30 and in her second pregnancy, recommends that expectant mothers turn to hypnosis to help them have a smooth, enjoyable pregnancy.
Hypnobirthing has been done for the more than 150 years, in one form or another. And these days, you can easily find hypnobirthing practitioners an hypnobirthing classes in your area.
However, why only learn tiny tidbits that only apply to pregnancy? Hypnosis is a powerful tool that allows your conscious (thinking) mind and your subconscious (feeling) mind to be aligned.

It’s called binaural beats, and it has been around since the early 70’s. It’s well-established science...

One person posted on facebook last night, “Swine Flu now a pandemic.”
The definition of a pandemic, according to wikipedia is, “an epidemic of infectious disease that spreads through populations across a large region.”
65 US cases of the flu out of 303M+ hardly seems to be epidemic. And it has to be epidemic before it can be pandemic, by definition.
Here’s Congressman Ron Paul – who is also a physician – spoke about this issue. Now I like Ron Paul’s case, but the argument can be made even more relevant. This took me less than ten minutes of research:
