My Daily LoA Tip: Gratitude and the Law of Attraction

No matter how bad it seems, take some time to feel grateful for what you have. Take an inventory of life and you’ll find that there are many things to be grateful for.

If you need an extreme contrast to pull you out of your funk, really study someone who seems to be disadvantaged. Check out this video of Nick Vujicic and you’ll begin to feel grateful, almost immediately.

If nothing else, every challenge is a learning experience, which is something you can be grateful for right now.

Keep a gratitude journal and spend some time each day feeling that gratitude and the Law of Attraction will deliver more of what you want and less of what you don’t.

How You, As a Healer, Can Stay Healed Yourself

One of my graduates posed a question to me today, and it’s a question that I think most in the “healing” or self-help profession don’t know the answer to.

As coaches, hypnotists, therapists and other professionals, we invest ourselves in our work like no other profession.

We invest not only with our hearts and our minds, but also, our energy.

Have you ever noticed that after a long day of working with clients, you feel drained?

Having one of the most rewarding careers I could imagine, I used to often wonder how something that made me feel so good, could also leave me so drained.
