Monday, January 26th, 2009 : Read 217 Times

What are you going to choose to do this weekend?

No matter what is on TV, you can always TiVo it and choose to change your life for the better.

The real question is, which life-changing skill do you learn this weekend?

On the one hand, you can completely eliminate stage fright, become a powerful public speaker, and learn to use subtle group hypnosis patterns like our new President.

On the other hand, you can learn how to hypnotize people (including yourself) one-on-one and become certified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist in just one weekend.

Tough choice!

Most people don’t know this about me, but until my late 20s, I was incredibly shy.

I was very social with people I knew, but I had a crippling shyness that kept me from meeting new people, advancing in my careers and, though I could always sing on stage easily, from public speaking.

That changed when I let it go with a 15 minute NLP technique, but even with the shyness gone, I still had a hard time composing myself on stage.
