Have gratitude daily for those things you love and want in life and, like a well-cared-for flower, they will blossom and flourish.

Better yet, make a gratitude journal and write/review in it for 10 minutes each day.

No matter how bad it seems, take some time to feel grateful for what you have. Take an inventory of life and you’ll find that there are many things to be grateful for.

If you need an extreme contrast to pull you out of your funk, really study someone who seems to be disadvantaged. Check out this video of Nick Vujicic and you’ll begin to feel grateful, almost immediately.

If nothing else, every challenge is a learning experience, which is something you can be grateful for right now.

Keep a gratitude journal and spend some time each day feeling that gratitude and the Law of Attraction will deliver more of what you want and less of what you don’t.
