Easier said than done! I’ve been in business 16 years now (as of 2011), and I’m still learning marketing, because the market always changes.
Learning the tools of the trade only gets you so far. Without “butts in the seat,” there’s no money to be made. You HAVE to learn to move people to action and sign up regardless of their excuses.
1. People no longer want to spend money with strangers or faceless corporations.
You must CONNECT with people before they’ll even look at your product or service.
2. Give more than you sell.
With so many products and services inundating people (30,000 ads per day!) you really must give to get attention.
When you set goals, do you just choose them intellectually, or do you dream them?
The “Big U’s” (your Unconscious & the Universe) don’t respond well to intellectual words. They respond to to pictures, sounds, and most importantly, feelings.
Take some time to close your eyes and put yourself at the goal. Experience it. See it, hear it and generate strong feelings toward it, and it will be yours.
Take some time to pamper yourself today. Do something decadent. Really spoil yourself.
You deserve it, no matter what.
Then allow that good feeling to ripple out and manifest greatness in your life.
Money demands attention on money.
It’s often said that if you do what you love, the money will come. That’s somewhat true.
If you do what you love, opportunities for money will be abundant. However, if you avoid focusing on money at all, you’ll likely end up fulfilled and broke.
