The following is a binding agreement between you ("Client") and Transform Destiny, Inc. upon scheduling of a Breakthrough Session with any of our Transform Destiny Practitioners ("Practitioner"). By scheduling a Breakthrough Session and submitting your deposit, you indicate consent with this agreement. You also acknowledge and accept the terms of this agreement for any and all other Breakthrough Sessions you may schedule and/or participate in for the future.
Should you need to cancel your Breakthrough Session, our refund agreement reflects the fact that we incur expenses of your course before you arrive, and block out at least eight hours of normal business with the Practitioner you are scheduled to meet with. Breaking your agreement at a late date means that we are unable to reschedule that time and will not be able to recoup the loss. If you won't be able to attend your Breakthrough Session, please let us know as soon as possible as it is unlikely that we can fill your time slot at the last minute.
If, for any reason, you cannot attend the Breakthrough Session, you may re-assign your attendance to another date according to the table below. Transform Destiny, Inc will require advanced written notification of any changes in the attendee's name and contact information.
All cancellation and transfers must be submitted to Transform Destiny, Inc. in writing via written letter or fax. While voicemail will not be an accepted method of cancellation, enrollees may call and speak to a Transform Destiny representative for consultation. Cancellation will be considered official from the date written confirmation is received by Transform Destiny, Inc.
Any product bonuses given to you at the time of scheduling must be returned in resellable condition to receive credit for those items. If any of the items are damaged or worn such that they cannot be resold, the cost of those items will be deducted from any refund given.
Our Breakthrough Session Cancellation agreement is as follows:

Minimum payment is due immediately upon enrollment. No session will be held without payment. The balance of your payment is due based upon a calculated rate listed on your enrollment agreement. Enrollee may attend the session, provided the enrollee's account is in good standing with up-to-date payments.
If the enrollee should default on any payment, the enrollee will have ten (10) days to rectify the situation. When the session is within 30 days of the defaulted payment, the enrollee will have 72 hours to rectify the situation. In either case, if the situation is not rectified in the time given, the Breakthrough Session may be cancelled by Transform Destiny and no refund will be available. If the enrollee should default on any installment payment or be in Accounts Receivables 60 days prior to the scheduled Breakthrough Session, the result may be cancellation of the session and the Cancellation Agreement will apply. An NSF returned check or declined credit card charge will carry a fee of $50.
All dates and locations are subject to change without notice and such changes will not affect the terms of this Cancellation Agreement.
Enrollee must be paid in full to have the session.
Your results are guaranteed with Transform Destiny for a period of six months.
At the start of each session, we will mutually agree on your desired outcome. If that outcome is not met after the quoted period, we will work with you for free until the results are achieved, provided that you have been open and honest during the session and have participated completely, including all assigned tasks.
Our practitioners are trained at the highest levels of several disciplines, so if one approach doesn’t work, we can find out what is working and what isn’t working and take another approach.
Our guarantee is a "results guarantee," not a "money-back guarantee." Once a session has been completed, there is no possibility for refund as the Practitioner must spend a considerable amount of time, effort and energy to conduct a Breakthrough Session with you.

Food, accommodations and travel are not included in the session price and are the sole responsibility of the Client
The courts of Salt Lake County in the State of Utah, USA and the nearest US District Court in the State of Utah shall be the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for all legal proceedings arising under these Terms of Use. This Agreement shall be construed under the laws of the State of Utah, USA, excluding rules regarding conflicts of law. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
If any provision of these terms is declared invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed modified to the extent necessary and possible to render it valid and enforceable. In any event, the unenforceability or invalidity of any provision shall not affect any other provision of these terms, and these terms shall continue in full force and effect, and be construed and enforced, as if such provision had not been included, or had been modified as above provided, as the case may be.
We shall not be liable for damages for any delay or failure of delivery arising out of causes beyond our reasonable control and without our fault or negligence, including, but not limited to, Acts of God, acts of civil or military authority, fires, riots, wars, embargoes, Internet disruptions, hacker attacks, or communications failures.
You agree that this session are provided as-is and without warrantee for personal development purposes only. You also agree to hold harmless and indemnify Transform Destiny, it's agents and Michael Stevenson against any and all claims and actions arising out of the use of these courses, including, without limitation, expenses, judgments, fines, settlements and other amounts actually and reasonably incurred in connection with any liability, suit, action, loss, or damage arising or resulting from your participation in the courses.
