Kim brings over 40 years of experience as an HR practitioner, an HR technology sales consultant and subject matter expert, and organizational consulting, with a career built on helping individuals and organizations navigate complex change — developing a keen understanding of what it takes to shift behavior, build new patterns, and sustain transformation. She is passionate about working with people through major life and professional transitions, bringing a rare blend of analytical precision, energetic awareness, and genuine commitment to whole-person change.

Her own breast cancer journey became a profound turning point — one that sharpened her understanding of resilience, identity, and what it truly means to show up fully for your own life. That experience deepened her mission to help others move through challenge and uncertainty with clarity and purpose, and to become the fullest, most authentic versions of themselves.

She holds a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist designation and is currently completing NLP Practitioner certification — both through Transform Destiny — along with LQ Listening Intelligence Coach Certification, Life & Health Coach Certification, Change Management Certicate through Cornell University, and Reiki Master certifications, with active membership in both the International Board of Coaches and Practitioners (IBCP) and International Coach Federation (ICF).
