What to Expect at the NLS Trainings
Gerald is teaching his methods to parents, practitioners and coaches in two phases.
The first phase is the Neuro-Linguistic Learning Specialist (NLS), and the second is the Neuro-Linguistic Master Learning Specialist (NMLS).

Phase I: Neuro-Linguistic Learning Specialist
Phase I focuses on the widest and well-known problems, Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). While there is no "cure" for ADD or ADHD, children, teens and adults can learn new strategies to cope and to excel in spite of the disorder.
At the Specialist level you'll learn...

Phase II also focuses on the business of a Neuro-Linguistic Learning based business, how to market yourself and how to run your NLS-based business for profit.

About Your Trainer, Gerald Hughes MNLP, MTLT, MHt
Gerald is a trainer, coach and clinical practitioner with impressive credentials and experience. He is the founder of the Neuro-Linguistic Learning Center in El Dorado Hills, CA, which specializes in helping children with learning challenges.
Gerald spent most of his scholastic life struggling with the effects of Dyslexia and ADD. While he excelled in both Math and science, his reading, writing and other studies suffered terribly due to his ongoing struggle with written and verbal information. By his Junior year, he had virtually given up on academics.
A decade passed before Gerald decided to tackle college. Gerald majored in both communications and computer science. He created his first coaching program in 1994. He later studied Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) under Dr. Tad James and in 2006 Gerald was certified as an NLP Master Practitioner.
In 2006, Gerald founded the Neuro-Linguistic Learning Center in El Dorado Hills, California. Since then, Gerald has been assisting children, teens and adults to overcome a variety of learning challenges.
Gerald has lived in El Dorado County for the past 12 years. He is father to six children, several of whom have had their own struggles with learning. He is a frequent speaker and lecturer on overcoming the effects of Dyslexia and ADD.
